There's a saying that one needs the right tool to do the job.

The best bit of advice I have ever heard was this: If you can speak your ideas and have them make sense to anybody, you can attain anything. For the first time in my life, I had no terms to even begin to explain Tools performance on that Sunday. The Chinese have a system in which one symbol represents an entire idea or expression. Once again, if this review were in Chinese, the interpretation of Tools act would need an completely different system of lettering because there are not enough symbols or any other writing method for that matter, existing today to feebly describe one aspect of Tools energy, focus, professionalism and genre. I can only utter the phrase; you had to be there. In each performance I have seen Tool has been a totally diverse experience that has always left me thinking that that particular show was the best í've seen. Ironically, every show has been the best I have ever seen because Tool has elevated their conscious (and unconscious) far beyond the capabilities of a space alien.

Tool fucking rocks! I use fuck because it is the strongest explicative and appropriate word to quickly describe my feelings because I was enthralled beyond help. Tool played a set-list that was a combo of old and new and yet the old was entirely new making all songs new'd. This word doesnot exist, but words as of this moment are completely irrelevant. It was not fair to watch each song top the next (if that is at all possible, but since they are aliens, maybe they know something we do not) and gradually climax to the highest point leaving fans dazed and having the sudden urge to bite our own arms off because it was totally justifiable.

While fans gasped for air and words to describe what they were seeing, Tool left us staring in disbelief and disillusionment because it was the last impression of Tool we will think about until there is an explanation as to how a band could possibly epitomize perfection. This visual and magical performance not only captivated excellence, but defined music and how advanced, as a species, we have progressed. Tool has increased their abilities to perform to an entirely different level every time they take the stage.
